These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KnockLab: D2D Sales Coach mobile application and related web services operated by KnockLab Inc. ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using KnockLab, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Description of Service

KnockLab is an interactive sales training platform designed to help sales professionals practice objection handling, porch approaches, and pitch delivery against simulated artificial intelligence personas.

2. Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Policy

        Important In-App Purchase Terms:
        Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

      

KnockLab offers the following subscription plans (prices vary by localized App Store territory):

Annual Pro (with 3-Day Free Trial): Full access to unlimited live drills, AI buyer roster, custom objection creator, and advanced scorecard analytics. Billed annually after the 3-day trial.
Weekly Pro: Weekly subscription for short-term drill access and pre-season ramp up. Billed weekly.
Special Annual Exit Offer: Discounted annual access offered exclusively to select eligible users. Billed annually.

3. Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple device settings:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Name / Apple ID at the top.
Tap Subscriptions.
Select KnockLab and tap Cancel Subscription.

Refund requests must be directed to Apple Support in accordance with Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree to use KnockLab solely for lawful sales training and educational purposes. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, audio processors, or proprietary prompts.
Circumvent or tamper with subscription verification, free tier rep quotas, or device rate limits.
Use offensive, unlawful, or abusive language during voice transcription drills.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

KnockLab is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our simulated buyer personas are designed to reflect real-world sales challenges, we do not guarantee specific sales quotas, commissions, or closing percentages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KnockLab Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
